This is in a standard report form produced by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and licensed to firms of Surveyors to use.

It is suitable for use in most conventionally built properties constructed within the last 100 to 150 years. It is not suitable for anything older than this or system built houses produced after the war.  A more detailed Building Survey should be used for these.
