Reports

There are three principle reports available

1. Private Valuation
2. Homebuyers Survey and Valuation
3. Building Survey

The surveyor carries a wide range of equipment for measuring and reporting on the property including damp meter and will examine the property in detail both internally and externally:-

• Internally - Access the loft void and any cellars where possible
• Externally - Use binoculars for a closer inspection of the chimney, roof, guttering and walls.
